Hire by Scout Groups:


Availability:               Friday through Sunday and school holidays.

Hiring Rates:            $15.00 per person single day

                                    $25.00 per person for full weekend
                                    Discount for big groups
                                  (minimum number of people - 8).

                                    This includes the use of canoes,
                                    kayaks, paddles and life jackets. These

                                    are available if notified at time of booking and

                                    if you have suitable qualified water activities
                                    leaders present & guide level approval for your
                                    planned water activities)

                                    (Windsurfers, sailing boats, outboard, tinny,
                                    RIB, yacht not available)


 Optional Fees        $25 to empty our wheelie bin, no charge if you

                                    take your rubbish away

                                   $50 cleaning fee, if you don't manage to clean,
                                   deck hall, toilets, and kitchen back to state it
                                   was in on arrival.


 Bond:                       $100 Bond


Hire by General Public:

Weekend evening rates are $350 for the first 3 hours, then $50 per hour.

Day rates are $200 for the first 3 hrs then $40 per additional hour.

Bookable for meetings, courses, kids
parties, 30ths 40ths etc, but
NO 15th to 28th birthday parties.

Includes main hall, deck over the water, kitchen, toilets, showers and boat ramp. Have a meeting overlooking Pittwater. Grass area next to the hall is public park. If you need to lock it in for your event, then book a portion of park through council.
We can optionally provide ONE wheelie bin for your rubbish for $25 All excess rubbish must be removed by you.

50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the final payment due 10 days before the event.

A security bond of $400 is required. This will  be refunded after the hall has been inspected and deemed OK.

The hall will be cleaned prior to your function and you are required to clean after the function. If the hall is not returned to the condition you found it, a $50 cleaning fee will be taken from you bond.

If we discover you tied decorations to our fire extinguisher triggers during your event you will loose all of your bond as this is reckless and dangerous. (Eg balloon strings).

Hammering nails into our wood panel walls for your decorations  is also unacceptable.


Permanent Day Time Bookings:                

Prices negotiable - based on duration and frequency

Monday through Friday daytimes
